Apple & Chai Bomboloni
A pair of mini Sourbombe Bombolonis, filled with chai-spiced custard, green apple compote & apple gel
Genevieve Lee (or 'Gen' for short), is the runner-up of MasterChef Singapore 2018.
Gen graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked with established restaurants not only locally but in New York and California. A jack-of-all-trades with no specialty cuisine, Gen's signature style is taking traditional recipes and bringing it up a notch with modern ingredients, cooking methods or presentations.
Gen now runs Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery, dishing out bombe-tastic treats inspired by her love for sourdough, and taking reference from the traditional Italian Bomboloni.
